摘要
为缓解交通拥堵,巩固公共交通的战略地位,将中心城区打造成"拥而不堵、拥而有序"的交通模式。文章结合淮安市中心区的实例,针对拥堵问题分别在路网优化、公交优先、强化慢行和加强管制4个方面提出可操作性改善措施。
To decrease the traffic congestion, consolidate the strategic position of public transport, and put the city center to be a ＂no jams and no mess＂ traffic model, this paper put forward measures about the four aspects： road network optimization, bus priority, strengthen the slow and strengthen control, taking the case of Huaian.
