经过十多年的建设,公安交通管理的各项业务基本上实现了计算机管理,采集和积累了丰富的数据信息资源。随着金盾工程建设的逐步发展,信息化建设的重点已经开始从业务处理向信息处理深入,使信息为业务改革服务。文章通过建立一个面向综合信息查询、分析研判的"交通管理综合信息数据仓库",实现综合信息查询统计、分析研判、业务监管及预警等功能,为公安机关其他警种、社会部门和社会公众的不同需求,提供及时有效的数据服务。

With the gradual development of golden shield project construction, the focus of the informatization construction has started from the business processing to the information processing, make the information service for the business reform. In this paper, through the establishment of a comprehensive information query oriented, and to analyze the traffic management information data warehouse, and to realize the comprehensive information query statistics, analysis, business regulation and early warning, and other functions, for the public security organs of other launching, different social sectors and the social public demand, to provide timely and effective data services.
