Application effect of failure model and effect analysis in optimization of outpatient and emergency infusion process

[目的]探讨失效模式与效应分析在优化门急诊输液流程中的效果,防范护理差错发生的风险。[方法]应用失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)对科室管理进行重新定位,针对门急诊输液过程中潜在不安全因素进行分析、评估,寻找应对措施,进行流程改造和优化。[结果]FMEA优化输液流程后,护理差错发生率由2012年的0.152%下降到2013年的0.014%(P=0.002)。[结论]应用失效模式与效应分析理论,前瞻性地对门急诊输液流程中可能存在的风险进行分析改进,优化了门急诊输液流程,可以降低护理差错的发生率。

Objective：To probe into the application effect of failure model and effect analysis in optimization of outpatient and emergency infusion process,so as to prevention of the risk of nursing errors.Methods：The application of failure model and effect analysis（FMEA）was used for the repositioning of department management.It analyzed and evaluated the potential unsafe factors in the outpatient and emergency infusion process,and found out the countermeasures to carry out the process improvement and optimization.Results：After FEMA process optimization of intravenous infusion,the incidence of nursing errors decreased from 1.52‰in 2012 to 0.14‰in2013（P=0.002）.Conclusion：It uses FMEA theory to analyze the potential risks in the outpatient and emergency infusion process prospectively,It has optimized the outpatient and emergency infusion process and can reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
