优质护理在老年髋部骨折中的应用分析

Application and analysis of high quality care in elderly patients with hip fracture

[目的]探讨优质护理在老年髋部骨折中的应用价值。[方法]选取收治的98例因髋部骨折入院的老年病人,随机分成观察组和对照组各49例,观察组49例给予优质护理,对照组49例给予常规护理。对比分析两组病人术后2周时并发症情况;出院时、术后2个月、术后6个月的Harris髋关节评分情况;两组对各自护理的满意程度。[结果]观察组术后2周时发生的各类并发症情况明显少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组出院时、术后2个月、术后6个月的Harris髋关节评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病人对其护理的满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]优质护理可有效降低病人术后并发症的发生率,有助于病人术后恢复髋关节功能,并提高病人对医护水平的满意程度。

Objective：To probe into the application value of high quality nursing in geriatric hip fracture.Methods：A total of 98 cases of elderly patients with hip fractures were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each.The patients in observation group received high-quality care and the patients in control group received conventional care,then to compare and analyze the complications after postoperative 2weeks,the Harris hip score at the time of discharge,after postoperative 2months and postoperative 6months,the nursing satisfaction of all patients.Results：The complications after postoperative 2weeks in observation group were significantly less than that in control group after two weeks（P〈0.01）.The Harris hip score of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group at discharging,after postoperative 2months and 6months（P〈0.01）.The satisfaction degree of the patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The high quality care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,help patients to recover hip function and improve the patients＇ satisfaction level with medical and nursing level.
