产教融合背景下高职院校管理队伍建设问题研究

On Management Staff Construction of Vocational Colleges in the light of the Integration of Production and Education

高职院校管理队伍是高职院校发展的中坚力量。目前我国的高职院校管理队伍创新能力弱,缺乏企业经验,很难适应产教融合的发展。产教融合机制对高职院校管理队伍建设提出了新要求:需要具有创新能力、沟通能力、现代信息技术应用能力的复合型人才。因此,要在提升管理队伍的创新能力与沟通能力的基础上,改变管理队伍的管理方法,努力培养"懂教育、知企业、会管理"的人才,推动校企合作、产教融合的发展,实现高职院校与企业的共赢。

The management staff plays an important role in development of vocational colleges. At present, the poor innovative ability, lack of working experience in enterprises among management staff seem quite obvious and become obstacles to the development of integration of production and education. Facing the new situation, innovative, communicative staff with skillful modern information technology is needed. Therefore, management staff should not only promote their innovative and communicative abilities and transform the management methods, but also cultivate talents who get familiar with education, enterprises and management to boost the development of college-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education, and realize the win-win of both colleges and enterprises.
