"大数据"时代悄然而至,并对人类的社会生产、生活方式等产生深刻的影响,高等教育也处在这场变革之中。通过对高校教学基本状态数据库的介绍和对"大数据"与教学基本状态数据特征的对比分析,指出在"大数据"背景下,行为方式的变革和信息技术的智能化,使得采集高校教学基本状态数据成为可能和必然,国家和校级两个层面的数据采集,将为高校进行教学质量监控提供思路、方法和平台。

The era of big data is coming, and it has a profound impact on the social production and life style of human. Higher education is also in the transformation. This paper pointes out that the change of behavior and intellectualization of information technology have made the collection of basic state data of university teaching possible and inevitable through the introduction of the basic state database of universities teaching and the comparative analysis of ＂big data＂ and the characteristics of the basic teaching state data. Data collection of national and school levels will provide method and platform for the monitoring of teaching quality in universities.
