摘要
通过社会认同的结构路径与认同管理的有效整合,对群际关系的社会结构特征和新生代农民工的社会认同管理策略与中介作用予以探讨,发现社会结构与新生代农民工社会认同的建构和管理之间存在着复杂的影响因素和深刻的心理机制;群际地位的合理性对新生代农民工的社会认同建构产生重要影响;新生代农民工社会认同的建构和管理具有典型的主体性特征。
There are two ways towards migrant workers research recently: social structure and identity management. Combining the two ways together,this research explores the relationship of the structural characteristic of intergroup relation and identity management strategies of the new generation migrant workers based on the social identity theory,and pay sufficient attention to the mediation effect of the social identity in this process. The results indicate that:( 1) There are complex influencing factors and deep psychological mechanisms in the relation of social structure and the social identity management of the new generation migrant workers.( 2) The legitimacy of intergroup status has important influence to the social identity construct of the new generation migrant workers.( 3) The citizenship identity also plays an important role in the new generation migrant workers' social identity as their rural identity and the construction and management of the new generation migrant workers' social identity have typically subjective characters.
