连铸结晶器结构优化

摘要 近年来连铸技术迅速发展,不同钢种的连续浇铸、自动调宽、无缺陷高温出坯等技术的成熟使用,使连铸结晶器所处的工作条件越来越严酷,使用要求也越来越高,不但要保证结晶器较高的综合质量,而且缩短结晶器检修的周期也成了重大课题。本文通过对重钢现有结晶器结构上进行优化,在缩短检修周期,提高结晶器寿命上取得了一定的效果。 Continuous casting technology is developing rapidly in recent years, the continuous casting of different steel grades, automatically adjustable width, no defects such as high loading using the technology is mature, make continuous casting mold are increasingly harsh working conditions, the requirement also more and more high, not only to ensure the mold high comprehensive quality, and shorten the cycle of mold maintenance also became a major issue. Based on the existing mold structure is optimized for sintering, shorten the repair cycle, improve on the mould life has obtained the certain effect.
