摘要
针对传统数控机床实验教学,分析了其存在的数控系统档次低、类型单一和开放性不够等问题,提出了开展虚实结合数控实验的必要性。在传统数控实验内容基础上,结合计算机仿真技术提出了在机床结构剖析、原理演示、电气控制和数控加工等环节进行虚实结合的数控实验教学模式。应用实践表明,虚拟实验与实物实验的有效结合,不仅可以有效的扩展传统数控实验的内容,而且能够提高学生对理论知识的理解和培养工程实践能力,进而提高了实验教学质量。
For traditional experiment teaching of CNC machine, some analysis of several problems that the low-grade CNC system, the single type and inadequate openness is done. The necessity to carry out the virtual and experimental teaching mode is proposed. On the basis of traditional experiment content, combining with computer simulation technology, the mode of practice and virtual combing in the exper- iments of machine tool structure analysis, principle demonstration, electrical control and CNC machi- ning is claimed. The application practice shows that the effective combination of virtual experiments and physical experiments can not only extend the content of traditional numerical experiments, but also can enhance students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and project practical ability, and then to im- prove the quality of experiment teaching.
