摘要 阐述了基于CDIO工程教育理念的实践教学培养模式。深入分析了专业人才的培养目标、教学改革的主要内容、教学能力的提升手段和教学方式方法改进等四个方面。通过近三年的建设,培养了一批具有扎实理论基础、较强工程实践和创新能力的卓越工程师后备人才,增强了学生实际应用能力和创新实力,提升了过程装备与控制工程专业的人才培养质量和竞争力,满足了辽宁区域经济的发展。 Described the practical teaching cultivation mode based the CDIO engineering education concept. Analysis from the specialized characteristic talents training, teaching content reform, the teaching ability of the team practice teaching reform in teaching methods and practice analysis of four aspects, such as practice teaching mode. Through nearly three years of construction, to cultivate a batch of has solid theory basis, stronger engineering practice and innovation ability of excellence engi- neers back-up talents, to enhance the students practical application ability and innovation capability, improve the process equipment and control engineering professional talent training quality and competi- tiveness. Meet the development of regional economy in Liaoning province.
