摘要
为了更好地提高生物化学实验教学质量,在实际教学中进行了一系列改革与实践。在实验教学内容上将具有一定相关性的验证性实验项目进行了组合;实验安排上注意综合性实验的连续性;设计性实验开设实行多元化;对一些实验的实验步骤进行了简化。在教学方法上将研究性学习、启发式教学始终贯穿于课堂教学;实验原理讲解与操作交叉进行;将一些实验操作步骤比较复杂和未开设的实验项目制作成多媒体课件,便于学生学习。实验报告采用电子版,比单纯纸质版的要全面、清晰、直观。经过教学实践改革,学生的实验技能得到了很好的提高,改革的教学效果很明显,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to improve the teaching quality of biochemistry experiment, a series of reform and practice has been conducted in the practical teaching. The experiment teaching content combined cer- tain correlated verification experiment projects; Attention was paid to the continuity of comprehensive experiments concerning experimental arrangement; Design experiment was diversified; Experimental steps of some experiments were simplified. Inquiry learning and heuristic teaching was always incorpo- rated into the classroom teaching concerning teaching method; Experimental principle explaining and operating of the teaching was carried out alternately; To facilitate students' learning, some complex experimental procedures and not-open experiment projects was made into multimedia courseware. Elec- tronic experimental reports were adopted, which were more comprehensive, clearer and more intuitive than paper edition. After teaching reform, the students' experimental skill was improved, which sug- gested that the teaching effect of the reform was obvious and it has certain application value.
