创新型人才培养是生命科学发展的原动力,生命科学本科公共创新平台对培养学生的创新思维能力及综合科研素质具有重要作用。作为人才培养的重要基地,高等院校在培养生命科学创新人才方面担负着重要的历史使命,而高师院校作为培养中学教育师资的摇篮在创新教育方面尤为重要。针对高师院校特点,结合学院本科创新平台的发展实践,从公共创新平台的管理制度、仪器配置及运行模式等方面进行了探讨,并分析了创新平台在培养学生创新思维能力和动手实践能力过程中的实施效果,为促进学生的全面发展奠定基础,同时为创新平台的良性发展提供理论依据。

The cultivation of innovative students is the source energy of the development of biological science, and the innovation platform for biological undergraduates plays an important role in cultivating their creativity and integrative scientific capability.
