高校化学实验室安全管理初探

Exploration of safety management for chemical laboratories in universities

化学是一门以实验为基础的学科,高校化学实验室是培养人才和科技创新的重要场所,化学实验室的安全是高校开展教学与科研的重要保障,对高校的化学实验室实行科学安全的布防,避免事故的发生,将对其发展以及人才培养起到至关重要的作用。为了实现实验室安全管理,结合南京邮电大学化学实验室的实际情况,从后勤保障体系、管理责任体系、安全教育体系三个方面出发,对如何实现高校化学实验室安全管理,确保实验室安全运行进行探讨。

Chemistry is a natural science based on experiments. Laboratory is one of the most impor- tant places for personnel training and scientific and technological innovation in university. Laboratory safety is an important guarantee for teaching and researching in university. The scientific and systemati- cal safety management plays a key role in education and training for qualified personnel. In order to strengthen the laboratory safety management, from three aspects of logistical support system, manage- ment responsibility system, education security system, combining with the actual condition of chemical laboratory of department of materials and chemical engineering in Nanjing university of posts and tele- communications, standard management of chemistry lab security are discussed systemically.
