摘要
运用DEA测度了2009—2013年中国31个省、自治区和直辖市的环境效率,并运用ESDA对其空间格局进行了研究。结果表明:中国区域环境效率普遍不高,其平均值仅处于较低水平;中国区域环境效率呈现东、中、西部"阶梯型递增"的分布规律,与三大区域的经济发展格局相反;中国区域环境综合效率受环境技术效率的影响大于环境规模效率;中国区域环境效率具有空间溢出效应。
This paper firstly calculated environmental efficiency of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China during 2009 to 2013 based on DEA,and then researched the spatial pattern of environmental efficiency about these regions based on ESDA. The results illustrated that environmental efficiency in China was generally not high. Average environmental efficiency of all regions in China was only at a low level. Environmental efficiency in China was more advanced in western regions than central and eastern regions,which was contrary to the economic development pattern of them. The effect of environmental technique efficiency on environmental efficiency was stronger than environmental scale efficiency. There was a spatial spillover effect of environmental efficiency among regions in China.
