正交试验筛选北五味子保肝活性成分的提取工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的筛选北五味子中3种保肝活性成分的最佳提取工艺。方法分别采用超声法和乙醇回流提取法,根据正交试验,提取北五味子中的3种保肝活性成分,应用反相高效液相色谱法,测定北五味子中3种保肝活性成分的含量。结果以北五味子中3种保肝活性成分的含量为指标,最佳提取条件为85%乙醇回流提取3 h、料液比例1∶8、提取次数2次。结论该提取方法设计科学合理,提取工艺简单,提取率高,重现性好,适于工业生产,为研究北五味子的保肝药物新剂型和药材合理应用提供参考。 Objective To select out the optimal extraction process of three liver protective compounds of Schisandra chinensis. Methods The L9( 34) orthogonal experimental design was adopted,the extraction time,material: liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,and extraction times as the factors to determine the optimum conditions for detecting three liver protective compounds of Schisandra chinensis by ultrasonic method and reflux extraction with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography( RP-HPLC). Results The optimum extraction process was 85% ethanol concentration,8 ×solvent consumption,3 hours of extraction time,twice of extraction times. Conclusion Optimizing the extraction process of three liver protective compounds of Schisandra chinensis can provide a reference for further research of three liver protective compounds of Schisandra chinensis.
