江苏省常熟市谢桥社区老年人空腹血糖异常率的性别和年龄分布

Gender and Age Distribution of Fasting Plasma Glucose Abnormality Rate of Elderly People from Xieqiao Community, Changshu City, Jiangsu Province

目的：调查苏南农村老年人空腹血糖（FPG）异常率的性别及年龄分布。方法检测常熟市谢桥社区2,647名65岁以上老年人FPG，分为65～69岁、70～74岁、75～79岁、80～84岁和≥85岁组等5组。结果 FPG＞6.11 mmol/L异常率16.92%，其中女性6.11～6.99 mmol/L、≥7.0 mmol/L的异常率分别为11.17%和8.83%，均高于男性异常率7.77%和5.43%（P＜0.01）。除FPG≥7.0 mmol/L组外，异常率随年龄增高而下降（P＜0.05）。结论农村社区血糖监测重点为65岁左右的人群，对老年女性应加强宣教。

ObjectiveTo study gender and age distribution of fasting plasma glucose （FPG） abnormality rate in elderly people from the villages of the South of Jiangsu Province.Methods FPG was tested in 2,647 people from Xieqiao Community, aged 65 or above, divided into 5 groups, 65~, 70~ , 75~, 80~, and〉85 respectively.Results FPG〉6.11 mmol/L, abnormality rate is 16.92%, and relative female data of 6.11~6.99 mmol/L and≥7.0 mmol/L are 11.17% and 8.83% respectively. Both are higher than those of male, 7.77% and 5.43% （P〈0.01）. Besides the group of FPG≥7.0 mmol/L, abnormality rate descends with the age （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In rural communities, the monitor work of FPG should be focused on the people around 65 and education should be strengthened for those old females.
