肾动脉化疗栓塞治疗老年患者肾癌的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transcatheter Renal Arterial Chemoembolization for Treating Elderly Patients with Advanced Renal Cancer

目的：探讨血管内化疗栓塞治疗老年患者肾癌的临床价值。方法22例中晚期老年肾癌患者接受经皮肾动脉化疗栓塞治疗，栓塞剂选用碘化油乳剂。术后对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察肾动脉栓塞的疗效。结果22例患者均成功进行选择性肾动脉化疗栓塞术，术后所有患者症状消失或显著减轻，无严重并发症。随访4～19个月，存活10例（45.46%），死亡12例，中位生存期13个月，存活最长时间17个月。结论经皮肾动脉化疗栓塞术治疗老年中晚期肾癌安全有效、并发症少，是行之有效的姑息治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transcatheter renal arterial chemoembolization for treating elderly patients with advanced renal cancer.Methods 22 elderly patients with advanced renal cancer received percutaneous renal arterial chemoembolization. The feeding arteries of tumors were embolized superselectively with iodized oil, then their clinical data were analyzed.Results The feeding arteries of tumors were successfully embolized in 22 patients. No major postoperative complications have occurred. After embolization, primary tumor-related symptoms relieved or disappeared in all patients. During 4~19 months follow-up, 10 cases survived （45.46%）, 12 cases of death, the median survival time was 13 months, the long survival time was 17 months.ConclusionFor the elderly patients with advanced renal cancer, renal arterial chemoembolization is safe and effective as palliative therapy.
