摘要 与传统国家干线铁路相比,冶金企业内部铁路具有路网布局面状分布、多种物资需要运输、运输路径不唯一且对运输时效要求高的特点。针对这些特点,研究了冶金企业内部铁路多列车进路的实时协同优化问题,提出了进路控制优化策略。该策略包含构建时变的铁路路网拓扑结构,提出运输时间最小和运输实时性最好为进路控制评价函数,在动态规划最优决策的基础上实现了多车进路的协同实时优化控制。同时,在自主研制的钢厂计算机联锁系统中对该进路控制优化策略予以构建,运行示例表明,它能直接在冶金企业现有的内部铁路中得以应用并能自动地实现多列车进路的实时协同优化控制,保证物资的高效运输。 Compared with the traditional railway, the layout of the railway in the metallurgical enterprises exhibits a planar distribution and it has a wide variety of goods transportation. Moreover, the transport path of the railway in the metallurgical enterprises is not a single option and its timeliness is important. This paper studies the real-time collaborative optimization of the multi-train route in the metallurgical enterprises and proposes a train route control optimization strategy.This strategy is constructed by a time-varying railway network topology, a train route control evaluation function which has the shortest transportation time and the best real-time performance, and also by the realization of the real-time collaborative optimization of the multi-train route on the basis of the dynamic programming. Meanwhile, it constructs the strategy in the self-developed computer interlocking system for steel factory. The running example indicates that it can be directly applied in the internal railway of the metallurgical enterprises and automatically realizes the real-time collaborative optimization control of multi-train route to ensure the high efficient cargo transportation.
