摘要
本文通过对湖南怀化市北部炉天冲村和南部池回村2012~2013年采集的三带喙库蚊标本及猪脑样本进行乙脑病毒RT—PCR检测,初步掌握了当地三带喙库蚊和猪自然感染乙型脑炎病毒情况。结果表明怀化市北部炉天冲村和南部池回村三带喙库蚊自然感染乙型脑炎病毒感染率分别为2.17%、3.15%,最低感染率分别为0.479/1000;猪自然感染乙型脑炎病毒感染率为16.42%,说明该地区乙脑病毒在重要传播媒介和储存宿主中自然感染状况已普遍存在,该研究结果为怀化地区乙型脑炎的防控和流行趋势的预测提供了数据支撑。
To investigate on natural infection of Japanese encephalitis virus of Culex tritaeniorhynchus mosquitoes in Huaihua of Hunan Province, China, samples were collected in Lutianchong village and Chihui village of Huaihua City from July, 2012 to August 2013, and identified with RT-PCR with a specific primer set. The naturally infection rate of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus was 2. 17% and 3.15% in north and south village, respectively. The minimum infection rate of mosquitoes were 0.479/1000 and 0.613/1000, respectively. The naturally infection rate of JE in pigs was 16.42%. The results indicated that the phenomenon of natural infection of Japanese encephalitis virus in vectors and host is common. The data would provide an important support for the prevention and control of the prediction of Japanese encephalitis virus in this area.
