摘要
尝试将任务型教学(TBL)与案例教学(CBL)相结合,运用于《中医外科学》乳房疾病的教学。结果表明,两种新型教学方法有机结合,可发挥优势叠加的效应。教学内容丰富,互动性强,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣和学习能力;在引导学生学习传统中医理论的同时,也给予了充分的空间去自主研习现代医学理论与研究进展;强化了课本知识的实际运用,并做到理论联系实际;对有限时间内高质量地完成教学任务有积极的意义。
Our evaluation of the combination of Task-based Learning (TBL) and Case-based Learning (CBL) methods in teaching about breast diseases in Chinese External Medicine classes indicates that the combination of these two teaching methods had an advantageous effect. The learning interest and learning ability of students improved a great deal because of abundant teaching content and high level of interaction. In addition to leading students to study the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, it also gave students full space to do self-learning in western medical theory and research progress. Additionally, the practical use of the textbook was strengthened and the connection between theory and practice was enhanced. Moreover, this combination of methods also had a positive impact in accomplishing high quality teaching task within limited time.
