清营汤结合西医常规疗法治疗脓毒症临床观察

Clinical Observation of “Qingying Decoction”Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Patients with Sepsis

目的:探讨清营汤结合西医常规疗法治疗脓毒症的临床疗效。方法:纳入80例脓毒症患者,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。两组患者均采用西医常规疗法治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加服清营汤治疗,治疗周期为14 d。评价两组患者的临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者的血清炎性因子水平的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组的临床总有效率为92.5%,对照组为72.5%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清营汤结合西医常规疗法治疗脓毒症疗效较佳,值得在临床中推广、应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of ＂Qingying Decoction＂ combined with western medicine in treating patients with sepsis. Methods： Eighty patients with sepsis were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with routine western medicine and the patients in the treatment group were treated with ＂ Qingying Decoction＂ additionally with a course of 14 days. The clinical effect was evaluated, and the levels of serum inflammatory factors were detected. Results： After treatment, the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92.5% and 72.5% respectively, and the effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of serum CRP, TNF-ct and IL- 8 were significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈0.05 ）, and the levels of serum CRP, TNF-α and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of ＂ Qingying Decoction＂ combined with western medicine in treating patients with sepsis is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
