大遗址保护中居民问题的探讨——以汉长安城为例

On the Issue of Resident Settlement in the Large Site Preservation--Focused on the Han Chang'an City

本文以大遗址中居民问题为立足点,结合汉长安城未央宫遗址区居民搬迁后带来的问题,并参考英国哈德良长城处理周边居民问题的方法,提出不应将居民全部迁出遗址区作为解决这类问题的方法,而是可以通过教育及土地流转的方式达到遗址与居民和谐共处的状态,进而达到解决大遗址保护中居民问题的目的。

With the issue of the residents in the large sites as the topic and the problems brought about by the moving of the residents from the Weiyang Palace Site in the Han Chang＇an City as the focus, referring to the method of settling the residents nearby the Hadrian＇s Wall in Britain, this paper pointed out that the completely moving out of the residents from the large site area should not be used as the way to solve the resident problem, but the harmonious coexistence of the residents and the large sites reached through the education and the land circulation is the thorough way to solve the resident settlement problem in the large site preservation.
