转基因食品安全与检测技术公选课教学实践与思考

摘要 转基因作物作为解决粮食危机的重要手段,在世界粮食生产中占的比重逐年加大,但是我国当前对于转基因食品的安全性争议也甚嚣尘上。《转基因食品安全与检测技术》作为面向大学生开设的公共选修课,具有正确普及与推广转基因食品安全教育、提高公众食品安全认知的作用。着重对公选课教育背景下开设转基因食品安全课程的必要性与紧迫性进行了分析,同时对教学过程中采用的创新性教学模式改革进行了初步探讨,为进一步加大转基因食品安全的教学与社会普及工作提供一定的参考。 The proportion of genetically modified (GM) crops, as one of the important ways to solve the food crisis, is increased in world food production year by year.But the dispute about the safety of genetically modified food is also increasing in our country.Genetically modified food safety and inspection technology as one of the public elective courses for undergraduates, has the important function to promote, popularize and spread education of genetically modified food safety and enhance the food safety cognitive of the public.This paper discussed the reform under the background of public elective courses of genetically mod- ified food safety courses in higher education, which was scientific, necessary and urgent.Meanwhile, the innovative teaching mode in the process of teaching reform has been discussed, which will provide certain reference to further strengthen the teaching and social popularity of genetically modified food safety work.
