摘要
医院内部绩效考核与分配制度改革是公立医院转变运行机制的核心和关键,对上海市级医院坚持和体现公益性具有重大意义、对医院行为将产生深远影响。总结上海市24家市级公立医院内部绩效改革的成果与深化绩效改革的重点内容,分析医院遇到的问题和挑战,推动绩效改革进一步深化。
Hospital internal performance assessment and salary system is the key point of changing public hospital financial management, which has great significance on maintaining public interest and will show a deep impact on hospital behavior as well. Based on summarizing the effectiveness of internal performance assessment reform of 24 municipal hospitals in Shanghai, problems and challenges are discussed to promote performance reform.
