制度在医患信任的建构中有着基础性的作用,医患信任通过内部制度与外部制度的共同作用而形成。通过在首都医患信任现状实地研究的基础上对当前医患信任建构的内部制度基础和外部制度基础进行分析,探讨如何从制度的角度建构当代的医患信任。

This paper examines the internal institution-based trust and external institution-based trust according to the field research of physician-patient trust in Beijing, and discusses how to build physician-patient trust in institutional ways.
