摘要
介绍山东省某三甲医院实施编外人员人事代理的做法、成效及体会。其主要做法是:确定人事代理工作程序;规范化招聘,制定招聘原则,按照原则采取恰当有效的方法实施招聘;对应聘人员严格管理、兑现待遇;与此同时健全保障措施,坚持依法聘用保障,对受聘人员坚持平等、尊重、优待、关爱、创新激励。并对人事代理制度坚持改进、逐步规范,经过8年的实践探索成效显著。
The practice, effectiveness and experience of personnel agency of off staffs in a top tertiary hospital in Shandong province were introduced. The main practice included making personnel agency process, standardizing recruitment, making recruitment principle, strict managing off-staffs, improving security and assuring equity, respect and encouraging innovation. With the continuous promotion, it has got great effectiveness after 8 years practice.
