摘要
不断改进门诊导诊服务是改善患者就医体验的重要措施之一。首都医科大学宣武医院基于门诊面积、科室布局、就诊环境、患者流量、就诊需求变化等诸多现状,不断挖掘内部潜力,加强门诊导诊服务管理,采取多种导诊服务形式,实现从分散式导诊服务到规范化导诊服务,从人员现场导诊到就诊位置标注引导,从公共导诊到个性化导诊,取得了显著成效。
The continuous promotion of outpatient guiding service is an important approach to improve patient's response. Based on the conditions of outpatient areas, the distribution of department, visit environment, patient amount and patient demands, Xuanwu hospital has created a series of guiding service countermeasures which has achieved single guiding to standard guiding, man-made guiding to intelligence guiding, common guiding to individual guiding.
