糖料甘蔗重金属镉、铬、铅含量风险调研初报

Risk Assessment of the Content Heavy Metals-Cadmium,Chromium and Lead in Sugarcane

采取调查问卷、走访调查和取样本检测共3种方法,在我国糖料主产区广西和云南区域调查甘蔗生产情况,并取甘蔗样本81份检测其茎的铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)含量。检测结果:甘蔗在11月份成熟期两地Cr平均含量0.353mg/kg、小于限量值0.5 mg/kg,Cd平均含量0.020 mg/kg、小于限量值0.03 mg/kg,Pb平均含量0.085 mg/kg、小于限量值0.2 mg/kg。说明广西和云南采样区甘蔗3种重金属含量是安全的。

Sugarcane production in the areas of Guangxi and Yunnan was investigated by adopting questionnaire, visiting survey and chemical detection by sampling for the content of chromium （Cr）, cadmium （Cd）, lead （Pb） of 82 sugarcane samples determined. The results showed that the mean content of Cr was 0.353 mg/kg, less than limit value 0.5 mg/kg, the mean content of Cd was 0.02 mg/kg, less than limit value 0.03 mg/kg, the mean content of Pb was 0.085 mg/kg, less than limit value 0.2 mg/kg when sugarcane matured in November. These indicateded that the contents of heavy metals in sugarcane in Yunnan and Guangxi areas were safe.
