摘要
为进一步提高甜叶菊茎叶的质量,改进甜叶菊收获时的晾晒方法,研究了不同的晾晒方式对甜叶菊茎叶质量的影响,结果发现采用层架式晾晒法,使甜叶菊茎叶的发黑叶片率降低至4.95%,日灼斑叶片率控制在9.62%以内,比地面平摊式晾晒分别降低5.72和7.66个百分点,有效地提高了甜叶菊茎叶的质量,防止了甜叶菊在收获晾晒过程中茎叶发黑现象严重、叶片日灼斑率过高的问题。
Experiment was conducted to test different ways of drying on the quality of the stevia leaf, to further improve the quality of leaf after harvesting Stevia. The results found that the rate of black leaf and sunburn spot by muhichamber shelf method were reduced to 4.95% and 9.62% respectively, decreased by 5.72 and 7.66 percent, in comparison with conventional drying method of laying leaf in field after harvest. The muhichamber shelf method effectively improve the quality of the Stevia leaf.
