人力资源管理强度量表的信度和效度研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对Delmotte及同事在2012年新编制的人力资源管理强度量表(HRMSS)进行翻译和信效度研究,为后续研究提供一个信效度较好的工具。结果表明,量表各题项与总分的相关系数在0.513-0.784之间;探索性因子分析提取出3个特征根大于1的因子,累计解释方差变异量为60%;总量表及三个分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.930、0.875、0.863、0.828;数据支持Bowen等的理论假设。翻译后的人力资源管理强度量表信度及效度均达到了心理测量学的要求,可在相关研究和实践领域使用。
