摘要 介绍徐小圃辨治小儿咳嗽的经验。本病分为外感与内伤,前者以开肺化痰为主,后者多从肺脾两脏着手,并举典型医案以说明。 This paper introduces Xu Xiaopu' s academic experiences of treating pediatric cough. It is argued that pediatric cough can be divided into due to exopathy or due to internal injury. The principal therapy on treating exogenous cough of children is moistening lung and removing phlegm and therapeutic principle on treating pediatric cough that induced by internal injury was staring from lung and spleen. The typical medical records were represented in this paper.
