摘要
目的研究秦岭猪苓三萜化合物的提取技术,并其成分进行鉴定研究。方法以香草醛-冰乙酸-高氯酸为显色系统,采用紫外分光光度法测定猪苓总三萜化合物的含量;以乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂法对三萜化合物进行提取,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳提取工艺;用理化常数和波谱数据对其进行鉴定。结果最佳提取工艺为6倍量无水乙醇,回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论该提取工艺操作简单可行,可为猪苓药材的研究提供科学依据。
Objective To study the extraction technology of Qinling Polyporus triterpenoids, and carries on the identified research for its comprehensive utilization. Methods The content of polyporus total triterpenes was measured by UV speetrophotometry with vanillin-glaeial acetic acid solution and perehloric acid as developing agent; With ethanol as solvent, using the method of solvent extraction of triterpenoid compounds. The optimum extraction is evaluated by single factor test and orthogonal test, and the structure of the triterpenoids was identified based on the physieochemieal constants and spectral evidences. Results The most optimum conditions for this extraction was adding six times amount of 95% alcohol and refluxing three times,2h once . Conclusion The extraction process is simple, feasible, and can provide a scientific basis for the study of Qinling Polyporus.
