摘要
永磁同步电机的性能优化是变频空调能效提升的重要手段,而电机各项损耗的准确预估及规律探究是电机性能优化的基本条件。通过对电机进行二维有限元计算,分别获得铁耗和电流,电流经过后处理得到铜耗,更进一步,通过加载实测电流波形计算出谐波影响下的铁耗。设计并优化损耗分离试验,用实验法测得各项损耗值,并与有限元计算结果分析对比,分析仿真与实测结果之间的修正系数,指导电机的性能优化设计。
The performance optimization of the permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) is an important means to improve the efficiency of the air-conditioner,while accurate forecasts and regular inquiry of every type of motor losses are the basic conditions of the performance optimization of the PMSM. In this paper,2D finite-element analysis was used to obtain the iron loss and current of the PMSM. Then copper loss was calculated by currant post-processing. Further,the actual currentr was used to perform 2D finite-element analysis and obtain the iron loss effected by current harmonics. Design and optimize experiment to obtain every type of motor losses. Correction coefficient was verified by comparing the analysis results with the experiment results to help to design high efficient motors.
