风机用永磁同步电动机振动和噪声的分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低永磁同步电动机的振动和噪声,以一款风机用的12槽10极永磁同步电动机存在较大振动和噪声为例,利用径向力波分析原理,提出将该款电动机的槽极配合改为24槽8极,通过将分数槽改为整数槽来减少气隙磁场的谐波分量,进而减少低阶径向力波。基于Maxwell 2D建立12槽10极、24槽8极两款电动机的有限元模型,对其进行仿真分析,分别获得定子磁场在额定负载时和永磁体磁场在空载时的气隙磁密波形并对其进行傅里叶分解,然后进行径向力波分析。经过对比分析得出,24槽8极电动机的低阶力波均为0,而且该电动机气隙磁场仅存在奇次谐波。该文为降低风机用永磁同步电动机的振动和噪声在理论上提供了较高的参考价值。 In order to reduce the vibration and noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor,taking a fan with 12 slot10 pole permanent magnet synchronous motor the existence of large vibration and noise as an example,by using the theory of radial force wave analysis,the method that the motor's slot pole match was changed to 24 slot 8 pole was proposed,which reduced the harmonic component of the air gap magnetic field through changing fractional slot to integer slot,thereby reduced the low order radial force wave. Two motor's finite element models,12 slot 10 pole and 24 slot 8 pole,were established based on Maxwell 2D. The air gap magnetic flux density waveforms of the permanent magnet magnetic field with no-load and the stator magnetic field with the rated load were obtained through simulation and analyzed by the Fourier decomposition,and then the radial force wave was analyzed. Through the contrast analysis,the low order force wave of 24 slot 8pole motor was 0,and its air gap magnetic field exists only odd harmonics. The work provides a high reference value in theory to reduce the vibration and noise of permanent magnetic synchronous motor for fan.
