摘要 介绍了高端铸件应具备的基本条件,并根据多年生产高端机床铸件的经验,阐述了高端机床铸件的生产控制和质量控制,总结出以下经验:在材料质量控制方面应使用高质量的铸造焦炭,确保熔炼工艺稳定,获得较高的出炉温度,适度高的CE,优良的金相组织和合适的硬度;严格控制型砂质量,包括加强原材料进厂管理、混砂机管理、型砂参数;为确保铸件几何尺寸准确,采用合理的工艺设计、优质的模样与优良的模样管理、严细的操作;为减少不良品,防止不良传到下道工序,要进行过程管理,并且要求各质量控制点的人员严格把关。以生产出口卧式加工中心床身为例,证明了上述生产控制的可行性。 The conditions which the high-level casting should have were introduced. Based on the long experience in production of high-level machine tool castings, the production control and quality control of high-level machine tool castings were described and following experience was summarized, concerning the quality control of material, it was necessary to use high quality coke to ensure high tapping temperature, properly high CE, excellent microstructure and proper hardness;strictly control quality of moulding sand including, entrance management of raw materials, sand mixer management, as well as strict parameters management of the moulding sand. In order to ensure casting dimensions accurate, use rational casting method design, high quality pattern and good pattern management, strict operation. In order to reduce non-conforming products and to avoid them entering next procedure, it's necessary to conduct process management and it's required that the control persons of every quality control points must guard the pass strictly. Taking the machine bed of an exported horizontal machining center as example, the feasibility of above-mentioned production control was proved.
