高Mn灰铸铁在柴油发动机铸铁件生产中的应用

摘要 介绍了采用酸性炉衬中频感应电炉熔炼高Mn灰铸铁的工艺方法:选取合适的化学成分,炉料配比为45%~60%生铁+15%~20%废钢+20%~40%回炉料;铁液在出炉前过热至1 520~1 530℃,在此温度下静置5~8 min,铁液出炉温度为1 510~1 520℃,浇注温度为1 460~1 400℃;选用BS-I孕育剂对铁液进行孕育处理,加入量为0.5%~0.6%。生产结果显示,高Mn灰铸铁抗拉强度可达到280 MPa以上,在其它生产技术条件基本相同的情况下,高Mn灰铸铁与普通灰铸铁相比,抗拉强度提高9 MPa,硬度提高5 HBS。 The process of mehing gray iron with high Mn content by acidic lining medium frequency induction furnace was introduced. The appropriate proportion of charge was 45%-60% pig iron+15%~20% scrap steel+20%-40% foundry returns. The melting was heated to 1 520-1 530 ℃ and kept for 5-8 min. The tapping temperature was 1 510-1 520 ℃,and pouring temperature was 1 460-1 400 ℃. The inoculant was BS-I in a proportion of 0.5%-0.6%. The production results showed that, the tensile strength of gray iron with high Mn content could reach more than 280 MPa. Compared with nomal gray iron,the tensile strength raised by 9 MPa and hardness raised by 5 HBS in the same condition.
