摘要
采用冲天炉和工频炉双联熔炼低S铁液,研究了蠕化剂组成和孕育剂组成对缸盖组织和性能的影响。结果表明:(1)当蠕化剂中REMg与RESi Fe的比由1:1提高至3:2时,蠕化率略有下降,缸盖的抗拉强度和硬度分别由340 MPa、187 HBW提高至380 MPa、197 HBW,伸长率略低;(2)采用w(RE)22%~25%的蠕化剂处理铁液,缸盖的蠕化率显著下降,力学性能升高,但铸造性能下降明显,缸盖出现了缩孔缺陷;(3)将转包孕育的75Si Fe改用RECa Ba孕育剂时,石墨蠕化率升高,缸盖具有良好的综合力学性能。
The influence of vermicular agent and inoculant composition on the vermicular iron microstructure was researched from cupola and frequency furnace duplex melting liquid iron with low S. The results indicated that: (1)When REMg/RESiFe in vermicularizing increased from 1:1 to 3:2,the vermicular rate decreased slightly,the tensile strength and hardness of cylinder head were improved from 340 MPa, 187 HBW to 380 MPa, 197 HBW. But elongation were slightly lower.(2)Vermicular rate decreased significantly in the liquid iron treatmented by w(RE) 22%~25% of vermicularizing. The mechanical properties increased with casting performance dropped significantly and shrinkage was found. (3)Vermicular rate increased by changing the inoculant from 75SiFe to RECaBa. Cylinder head has good mechanical properties in this case.
