摘要 辐射井射水法是一种迫降纠偏方法,是在倾斜建筑物沉降较小的一侧设置辐射井,在面向建筑物一侧辐射井井壁上留若干个射水孔,由孔内向地基土中压力射水并把土带出孔外,使地基土部分液化或强度降低,加大持力层局部土体附加应力,促使地基土压缩变形,达到纠偏的目的。文中通过对上海市杨浦区平凉路一幢临近基坑倾斜房屋纠偏案例的分析,详细阐述辐射井射水法在房屋基础存在较大障碍物的不利条件下的实际运用,并为同类纠偏项目提供参考。 Radiation well water jetting method is a method of incline-rectifying, the radiation wells are setted in the side of building which settlement is smaller than the other side, a plurality of water jet holes on the side of the building are oriented radiation borehole, bypressure water jet through hole in the soil and make the soil form a hole, that make the foundation soil solution or the intensity decrease, increase bearing layer of local soil additional stress, urge the foundation soil compression deformation, achieve the purpose of rectifying a deviation. This article analysis of the project case which is set in Shanghai city Yangpu District Pingliang road, the building near a deep foundation pit, and there is a larger barrier under the foundation of this building. Introducing the application of radiation well water jetting in this project, maybe useful to provide reference for similar correction project.
