摘要
对平朔660MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉机组空压机系统的设备选型及运行特性进行分析。通过分析螺杆机和离心机的工作原理,分析这2种空压机的优缺点,提出较为合理的空压机系统选型技术方案。结果表明,单独采用离心机作为压缩空气来源,较联合采用螺杆机和离心机,系统更为简单、可靠,且运行维护费用大幅降低,能够有效提高机组运行的安全性和经济性,同时也可为同类型机组空压机系统的选型提供参考。
The equipment selection and operation characteristics of air compressor system in Pingshuo 660MW CFB boiler unit were analyzed.By analyzing the working principle of screw machine and centrifuge, comparing the advantages and disadvantages in operation, the optimization program was proposed.The results show that the centrifuge used singly as compressed air source can make the system more simple and reliable, reducing the operation and maintenance costs sharply, improving the safety and economy, compared with the combined adoption of screw machine and centrifuge. The opti-mization results can provide reference for the selection of similar type of compressor.
