摘要
论述了独山子石化公司聚乙烯装置氮气压缩机工艺流程,阐述了氮气压缩机出现一段出口压力过高的问题,先后对氮气压缩机管线、气阀及自动控制过程3个方面进行了全面排查,并未发现异常现象,最后对氮气压缩机卸荷器进行了全面检查,找到了压缩机排气压力高的真正原因,提出了聚乙烯氮气压缩机排气压力高有效地解决方法,通过实践检验,效果良好,保证了聚乙烯氮气压缩机的平稳运行。
This paper discusses the process flow of nitrogen compressor for Dushanzi Petrochemical Company Polyethylene Plant, describes high discharge pressure of nitrogen compressor in the first section outlet, and checks the problem from the aspects of pipeline, valve and automatic control of the nitrogen compressor. However,there is no abnormal phenomenon. Then compressor unloader is completely checked finally and the real reason of compressor discharge pressure high is found. The effective solving method for polyethylene nitrogen compressor discharge pressure high is put forward in this paper. Through the practical test, the effect is very good, which ensures the smooth operation of nitrogen compressor of polyethylene workshop.
