摘要
在永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制的基础上,提出PMSM位置控制系统的设计方法,根据期望的电流闭环时间常数及速度闭环时间常数,实现了电流控制器和速度控制器的设计,按振荡度指标方法,推导出了位置PI控制器的比例增益和积分时间常数的整定方法。为验证此处方法,开发了基于DSP的PMSM位置控制平台,实验结果表明位置定位误差小,跟踪精度高。
Based on permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) vector control, a PMSM position control design method is presented.According to the expected time constant of current closed loop and speed closed loop,design of current controller and speed controller is realized.Via the oscillation index method, proportional gain and integral time constant of position PI controller tuning method is derived.A DSP based on PMSM position control platform is developed.The experimental resuhs show that low position step error and high tracking accuracy are gained.
