摘要
目的应用显微镜镜检、Sysmex UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪和AVE-763尿沉渣智能分析仪三种方法进行尿沉渣检测分析的效果。方法随机选择100例红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞和管型均为阳性标本,分别应用显微镜镜检为A组、Sysmex UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪为B组和AVE-763尿沉渣智能分析仪为C组进行尿沉渣检测,并分析这三组方法的检测结果。结果在红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、上皮细胞计数(EC)和管型计数(CAST)中,A组与B组均无显著性差别,C组与A、B组均有显著性差别;A组与B组的RBC、WBC、EC和CAST相关性系数分别为:r=0.95、r=0.94、r=0.97和r=0.90,A组与C组的RBC、WBC、EC和CAST相关性系数分别为:r=0.72、r=0.67、r=0.71和r=0.54。结论显微镜镜检和Sysmex UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪准确率及一致性均优于AVE-763尿沉渣智能分析仪,Sysmex UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测效率与自动化程度高于显微镜镜检。
Objective Applications microscopic examination, Sysmex UF-500i automated urine analyzer and AVE-763 Urine Analyzer intelligent three methods to detect the effect of urine sediment analysis. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of red blood cells, white blood cells, and tubular epithelial cells were positive specimens for microscopic examination were applied in group A, Sysmex UF-500i automated urine analyzer for group B and AVE-763 Urine Analyzer for intelligent Urine group C were tested and the results of these three groups of analysis and detection methods. Results In the red blood cell count (RBC), white blood cell count (WBC), epithelial cell count (EC) and the tube type counter (CAST), The Group A and The Group B were not significantly different, The Group C were the group A and the group B were significant differences; RBC, WBC, EC and CAST of The A group with the group B correlation coefficients were : r=0.95, r=0.94, r=0.97 and r=0.90, RBC, WBC, EC and CAST of The A group with the group C correlation coefficients were: r=0.72, r=0.67, r=0.71和 r=0.54. Conclusions Microscopic examination and Sysmex UF-500i automated urine analyzer accuracy and consistency are better than AVE-763 Urine Analyzer intelligent, automated urine analyzer efficiency and automation to detect UF-500i Sysmex higher than the microscope inspection.
