川芎嗪联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment Efficacy Tetromethylpyrazine Ozagrel Thrombosis

目的探究分析川芎嗪联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓的临床疗效分析。方法随机选取2013年1月，2014年12月在本科住院部治疗的220例脑血栓患者，并随机分为对照组和观察组各110例患者。其中对照组只采用常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加川芎嗪联合奥扎格雷钠治疗，两组患者的一个疗程均为10d，共进行两个疗程的治疗，对比分析两组的血小板功能影响及临床治疗效果。结果观察组的疗效明显高于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组的血小板粘附试验（PAdT）和血小板聚集试验（PAgT）均下降，观察组下降幅度更优于对照组，两组的对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论川芎嗪联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓对血小板功能具有抑制作用，具有明显的治疗效果，在临床治疗脑血栓中值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Ligustrazine Combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods Randomly selected from January 2013 to December in 220 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated by undergraduate admission, and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 110 patients. The control group only treated with routine western medicine, treatment group in the control treatment group on the basis of Ligustrazine Combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment, a course of treatment of two groups of patients for 10d, a total of two courses of treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of platelet function and clinical therapeutic effect. Results The efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The two groups of platelet adhesion test （PAdT） and platelet aggregation test （PAgT） were decreased, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Ligustrazine Combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis of platelet function has inhibitory effect, has obvious therapeutic effect, is worthy to be popularized in the clinical treatment of cerebral thrombosis.
