降糖药联合糖桑宁胶囊治疗糖尿病的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Hypoglycemic Drugs Combined with the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的比较采用降糖药联合糖桑宁胶囊与单纯采用降糖药治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法将随机选取200例T2DM病患者分为治疗组和对照组各100例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用合桑白皮活性成分提纯物治疗,治疗3个月后,统计临床疗效,并观察治疗前后血糖变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率95%,优于对照组总有效率73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血糖达标时间((Gluct)短于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖(FPGlu)、餐后2h血糖(2h PGlu)、空糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)和空腹C-肽(FCP)水平较本组治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降糖药联合糖桑宁胶囊治疗T2DM能减少胰岛素过度分泌,可以保护胰岛β细胞功能,有效控制T2DM病患者的血糖,达到治疗糖尿病的目的。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of the combination of hypoglycemic drugs and the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus （T2DM） with the use of hypoglycemic agents.Methods Randomly selected 200 cases of T2DM patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 100 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, treatment group in the contrOl treatment group based on the use of synthetic activity components of Morns alba L. purification treatment, 3 months after treatment, clinical effect statistics and observe changes in blood sugar before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group 73%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the control group （Gluct） was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）, fasting blood glucose （FPGlu）, postprandial 2H blood glucose （HbAlc）, fasting insulin （Fins） and fasting C- peptide （P〈0.05） levels were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hypoglycemic drugs combined with the treatment of T2DM can reduce the excessive secretion of insulin, can protect the function of pancreatic islet beta cells, effectively control the blood glucose of patients with T2DM disease, and achieve the purpose of treating diabetes.
