支气管哮喘药物治疗现状及进展研究

Research on the Status and Progress of Drug Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

据不完全统计,当前全世界支气管哮喘患者有3亿左右,且患病数量呈上升趋势,每年因患哮喘死亡的人数也达18万之多。支气管哮喘也因此成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,这引起了人们的广泛关注。人们通过对支气管哮喘的深入研究,意识到应以防治气道炎症为治疗重点。而当前治疗支气管哮喘的方法很多,其中,药物治疗是重要的手段之一。本文即对近年来治疗支气管哮喘的药物现状及进展情况进行总结分析,以期能给相关人员进行进一步研究,提高治疗支气管哮喘的效果有所帮助。

Objective The prevalence of bronchial asthma have increased, the number of deaths each year suffering from asthma has reached more than 180000. Bronchial asthma has become one of the major diseases which threaten human health, which has caused wide attention.People through the in-depth study of bronchial asthma, to the prevention and treatment of airway inflammation should be the focus of treatment.And the current treatment of bronchial asthma is a lot of methods, among them, drug treatment is one of the important means.In this paper, the current status and progress of drug treatment of bronchial asthma in recent years were summarized and analyzed, in order to give the relevant personnel to further study, improve the effect of treatment of bronchial asthma.
