耳鼻喉外科手术术后感染210例影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of 210 Cases of Infection of Otorhinolaryngologic Surgical Operation after Operation

目的分析耳鼻喉外科术后发生感染的影响因素。方法选取收治的行耳鼻喉外科手术的患者210例,将其中发生术后感染20例作为观察组,未发生术后感染190例作为对照组。比较两组的临床资料包括年龄、性别、发生感染的部位、手术时间、住院时间及抗生素使用情况。结果 210例行耳鼻喉外科手术治疗的患者中,发生术后感染者20例,发生率为9.52%;感染部位以呼吸系统为首,余下依次为泌尿系统、消化系统、其他部位;两组年龄、性别等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术时间、住院时间、抗生素使用情况等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉外科感染的发生与多种因素相关,采取相应措施可降低术后感染的发生率。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative infection of the ear nose and throat surgery.Methods 210 cases of patients were treated with the operation of the ear nose and throat surgery, including 20 cases of postoperative infection as the observation group, 190 cases without postoperative infection as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups were compared, including age, gender, site of infection, operation time, hospitalization time and the use of antibiotics.Results In 210 patients with ear, nose and throat surgery in the treatment of patients, the occurrence of postoperative infection in 20 cases, the occurrence rate was 9.52%;the site of infection led to the respiratory system remaining in turn for urinary system, digestive system and other parts; two groups of age and sex, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, operation time, hospitalization time, antibiotic use comparison, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The occurrence of surgical infection of the nose and throat is related to many factors, and the corresponding measures can reduce the incidence of postoperative infection.
