血流储备分数与血管内超声在指导多支血管病变患者PCI治疗的比较 被引量:3

摘要 选取2012年3月~2014年4月在我院拟行PCI治疗的多支血管病变患者193例,随机分为FFR(n=98)和IVUS(95)组,分别以FFR和IVUS指导PCI治疗,比较两组患者PCI结果及随访结果。结果FFR组患者平均支架数、人均支架总长度均明显低于IVUS患者(P〈0.05);FFR组患者MACE发生率明显低于IVUS组(P〈0.05)。FFR指导多支血管病变患者PCI治疗是一种有效的治疗手段,可降低术后主要心血管不良事件发生率。
