二维斑点追踪成像及实时三维超声心动图评价糖耐量减退患者的左房功能 被引量:1

摘要 应用二维斑点追踪成像(STI)及实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)评价糖耐量减退(IGT)患者的左房功能。方法选取IGT患者25例,健康体检者30例,应用STI技术测量左房各壁的应变率,并计算各平均值;应用RT-3DE技术获得左房最大容积(LAVmax)、最小容积(LAVmin)及收缩前容积(LAVpre),计算出左房射血分数(LAEF)、左房被动射血分数(LAPEF),左房主动射血分数(LAAEF),左室射血分数(LVEF),以上容积数据均用体表面积(BSA)标化。结果与对照组比较,IGT组左房平均收缩前峰值应变率(m SRS)、舒张晚期峰值应变率(m SRA)、LAVImax、LAVImin、LAEF、LAAEF明显增高(P<0.05),而舒张早期峰值应变率(m SRE)、E/E’及LAPEF明显降低(P<0.05)。STI和RT-3DE均能评价左房功能的变化,对评估糖耐量减退患者的左房功能有一定的价值。
