双钢板置入延期治疗C型Pilon骨折有效固定的临床对照分析 被引量:1

摘要 选取接受C型Pilon骨折手术的60例患者的资料进行回顾性分析,将60例患者随机分为单钢板内固定治疗组(单钢板组)和双钢板置入延期治疗组(双钢板组)。比较两组的临床效果、并发症以及患者满意度。单钢板组治疗C型Pilon骨折的有效率为75.00%,双钢板组为96.88%,两组相比,差别显著(P<0.05)。双钢板组踝关节僵硬、创伤性关节炎等并发症发病率明显低于单钢板组(P<0.05)。单钢板组满意度为78.57%,双钢板组为96.88%,两组相比,差别显著(P<0.05)。应用双钢板置入延期治疗C型Pilon骨折效果显著,并发症少,适于临床进一步推广应用。
