摘要
考虑时滞、反应扩散、不确定项对细胞神经网络稳定性的影响是非常必要的。通过引入区间时滞,构造新的Lyapunov泛函,运用Jenson不等式和串联补偿技术,得到了系统保持稳定新的判据,并以线性矩阵不等式(LMI)呈现,且这些判据适合时滞的快慢变化,减少了系统的保守性。
It is very necessary to consider the impact of the time delay,reaction-diffusion and uncertainties to the stability of cellular neural networks. By introducing interval time-varying delays,constructing the novel Lyapunov function,applying the Jenson inequality and the series compensation technique,the new criterion in terms of linear matrix inequality( LMI) that the system keeps stability is produced. Furthermore,the criterion can be applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays,which reduces the conservative conditions of the system.
